Our registration form is hosted by our collaborating organization, the San Francisco International Orff Courses (SFIOC).
Payment Schedule:
- 50% Tuition: March 12, 2027
- 50% Housing/Room & Board: April 16, 2027
- 50% Optional Activities: May 1, 2027
- Remaining Balance (Full) of tuition: May 14, 2027
- Remaining balance (Full) of Housing/Room & Board: June 1, 2027
- Remaining balance (Full) of Optional Activities: June 14, 2027
Upon acceptance into a course, a 50% tuition payment will be due by March 12, 2027 and the remaining balance (full) due May 14, 2027. A 50% housing/room & board is due by April 16 and the remaining balance (full) of housing/room & board is due on June 1, 2027. A 50% optional activities is due by May 1, 2027 and the remaining balance (full) of optional activities due on June 14, 2027
Note: We cannot hold your spot until we receive that 50% tuition payment by March 12, 2027. If no payment has been made by March 12th, 2027 we may fill your spot with someone from the Waitlist.
Refund Policy:
Tuition Refunds are subject to additional enrollment and we will withhold a $150 administrative charge for cancellation before May 12, 2027. No Tuition refunds after May 14, 2027, and no housing/room & board and optional activities refunds after June 11 unless your spot is filled by another participant.
